Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. Free shipping thresholds are applied automatically.
Order Tracking Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties
USA: Import duties are generally not applicable on orders under $800 USD (the US de minimis threshold), so most orders will arrive without additional charges.
Canada: Orders over CAD $20 may be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
